When you log in

Logging in with Discord gives us your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar, and confirms you're a member of our Discord server. We don't get your email address, password or messages.

What the tracker records

Only while American Truck Simulator is running with our plugin: your truck and trailer, position and speed in the game world, jobs (cargo, cities, distance, payout, damage, timing), fuel use, in-game fines and game events. It also records the plugin version and the name you give the PC.

It doesn't read anything outside the game: no keystrokes, other programs, files or browsing. Each line it writes is signed with a key that never leaves your PC, which is how we verify deliveries.

The tracker keeps its journal in Documents\Arctic Heritage\journal until it's uploaded, and keeps upload logs in %LOCALAPPDATA%\ArcticHeritage.

What we do with it

  • Verify and record your deliveries, and show them on your account page.
  • Post finished deliveries (your display name, cargo, route, distance) to the website and to #deliveries in our Discord, and give you the Driver role.
  • Later: leaderboards, the community economy and dispatch, as described on the roadmap.

The data lives on our own server, with nightly backups. We don't sell it or share it with advertisers.

Removing your data

Uninstalling the tracker removes the program and the plugin; your local journal stays in your Documents folder until you delete it. To have your account and recorded sessions removed from our server, open a ticket in #support on our Discord.
